NIS2 Executive Training
Individual workshop for the management bodies of organisations subject to NIS2: understand obligations and assess risks correctly
The NIS2 Directive requires the management body to take responsibility for cybersecurity risk-management measures, monitor their implementation and undergo training. If you breach these obligations, you may be personally liable. After our individual workshop, you will be able to act with confidence and will receive the materials as evidence of training.

Why now?
The amended BSIG requires it from you
The NIS2 Implementation Act, the amended BSIG, has applied since 6 December 2025, without a transition period. Responsibility for cybersecurity now expressly lies with you as the management body. If you breach your obligations, you may be personally liable. Three points are central.
Implement
Take responsibility for measures
You are responsible for the risk-management measures under Section 30 BSIG. You may delegate operational execution, but not responsibility for it.
Monitor
Keep implementation under review
You must monitor implementation on an ongoing basis. Merely taking note is not sufficient under Section 38 BSIG.
Train
Training obligation
Under Section 38 BSIG, you are expressly required to participate in regular training. This obligation cannot be delegated.
Your Outcome
What you will take away from the workshop
Clarity on your role
You will know what Section 38 BSIG specifically requires of you and where your personal responsibility begins.
Secure decisions
You will gain confidence in the mandatory competence areas: risk identification, risk management and impact assessment.
Evidence in hand
You will receive materials and a confirmation of participation that are suitable as an evidence component for the training obligation under Section 38 BSIG.
Clear next steps
You will know which decisions are next and what matters for implementation.

„Management bodies rarely ask me about individual sections of the law. They ask what needs to be decided now and what they are personally accountable for. That is precisely where this workshop starts. After three hours, you will know which NIS2 obligations you personally bear, how to meet them and which decision comes next.“
