Sindy Franksmann

Sindy Franksmann has been working as a Bid Manager at ISiCO since 2026. She is responsible for managing and preparing proposals and tenders and supports complex procurement and proposal processes for public-sector clients and companies. In doing so, she develops bid strategies, coordinates interdisciplinary teams and ensures structured quality and stakeholder management.

With her many years of experience in client advisory, sales and project management, she maintains an overview even in demanding processes and ensures that all parties involved work together reliably.

Sindy Franksmann has more than 20 years of experience in sales, client relationship management and bid management. After various roles in sales and client advisory, she worked for eleven years as a Customer Success Manager in direct sales and as a Bid Manager in the software industry. She holds a degree in information management from a university of applied sciences, with a focus on information and document management, and is a trained office communications specialist.

She is also a certified procurement manager, certified Global Bid Master and certified business mediator. In addition, she has completed further training in public procurement law and EVB-IT contracts.
