Philipp Guttmann, Diplom-Jurist, has been working as a Senior Digital Compliance Specialist at ISiCO since April 2019.
He advises in the areas of data protection, information security and AI. His areas of focus include, in particular, the data protection assessment of tracking on websites and apps, personalised advertising and consent solutions, for example in connection with Section 25 TDDDG, the TCF, consent banners and privacy notices.
In addition, he advises on cloud services such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, privacy-friendly configurations in line with Privacy by Design and Default, as well as data protection impact assessments and risk analyses. He has particular experience in the e-commerce and digital marketing, AdTech, sectors.
Philipp Guttmann completed the First State Examination in Law and a Bachelor of Laws at the University of Potsdam, specialising in media and business law. He has been with ISiCO since April 2019. In 2023, he also contributed, together with Kathrin Schürmann, to the commentary on Section 25 TTDSG in Auernhammer.
