Justus Richard Weller

Justus Weller has been a Managing Consultant at ISiCO since July 2026. He advises companies in the energy and infrastructure sectors at the intersection of governance, risk management and information security. His focus lies on developing robust governance and compliance structures and providing strategic support for regulatory transformation projects.

Before joining ISiCO, he was responsible for establishing company-wide governance, risk and compliance structures, or GRC structures, at an internationally operating company in the energy sector. He also has extensive experience in developing integrated management systems, enterprise risk management and supporting complex tendering and transformation projects.

His advisory work combines many years of practical experience with a strong understanding of regulatory and legal contexts, which he acquired, among other things, through his studies in law with a focus on state, economy and administration.

Through his many years of work in the field of renewable energies and transmission grids, Justus combines regulatory requirements with a deep understanding of the technical and organisational processes of critical energy infrastructures. This enables him to support companies in viewing governance, security and compliance requirements not in isolation, but as an effective part of future-proof corporate management.

At ISiCO, Justus supports, in particular, companies in the energy sector and critical infrastructures in implementing regulatory requirements, establishing robust governance and risk management structures and developing sustainable bid-readiness and management systems.
