Jonas Schütz

Jonas Schütz is an admitted German lawyer and has been working as a Senior Consultant at ISiCO since February 2025. He advises in the areas of data protection, information security, AI and data strategy.
His areas of focus include establishing information security and data protection management systems, ISMS and DPMS, advising on NIS2 and the Cyber Resilience Act, ISO 27001, and conducting data protection audits and data protection impact assessments.
He has experience across various sectors, particularly in the financial sector, including at major institutional banks, online banks and in private equity and venture capital investments. Other sectors include aerospace and defence, such as IT security in drone technology, pan-European defence conglomerates and classified government projects.
Jonas Schütz studied law in Regensburg and completed his legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Nuremberg. He is an admitted German lawyer and a certified Chief Information Security Officer, CISO. Before joining ISiCO, he worked in banks, major law firms and management consultancies.
