Partner Data Protection, Managing Director

Jacqueline Neiazy has been Director and Head of the Cologne office since 2023, Partner since 2025 and Managing Director of ISiCO GmbH since 2026. She specialises in data protection law and, in her role as a Group Data Protection Officer and Data Protection Officer, advises start-ups, medium-sized companies and corporate groups, among others. She also advises national and international clients on health data protection, employee data protection and corporate data protection.

In particular, she leads projects for conducting data protection audits and data protection impact assessments, delivers training sessions and workshops, handles works council matters and conducts negotiations. She has many years of experience in designing, advising on and legally safeguarding data-related business models and projects.

Her areas of focus include, in particular, the e-commerce, finance, pharmaceutical, automotive and insurance sectors, as well as employee data protection, health data protection, corporate data protection and data protection in the public sector.

Jacqueline Neiazy is an admitted German lawyer, a certified Data Protection Officer, a certified Data Protection Auditor and holds the Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E) certification. She studied law at the University of Cologne and completed the Second State Examination in Law at the Ministry of Justice in Düsseldorf.
