Antonia Marietta Weber

Hi! I’m Antonia Marietta Weber and I work as People Operations Manager at ISiCO GmbH.

I completed my bachelor’s degree in business psychology and then specialised in sports psychology during my master’s degree. I have always been fascinated by what motivates people, how teams truly work well together and how to create an environment in which performance and well-being go hand in hand. This is exactly the understanding I bring to my work in HR today.

I have been part of ISiCO GmbH since March 2026. In my role, I am not only responsible for recruiting, but also support our employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle. My day-to-day work ranges from daily operations and individual concerns to the further development of our HR processes and exciting projects behind the scenes.

What I particularly enjoy about this is the combination of strategic thinking and direct work with people. I greatly value being close to the action, listening, helping to shape things and finding solutions together that really fit. No two days are the same and that is exactly what makes my work so exciting for me.

For me, people are at the centre. My goal is therefore not only to find the right talent, but above all to create an environment in which everyone can feel comfortable in the long term, develop and succeed.
