Antonia Marietta Weber

Hey! I’m Antonia Marietta Weber and I work as a People Operations Manager at ISiCO GmbH.

I completed my bachelor’s degree in business psychology and then specialized in sports psychology during my master’s studies. I have always been fascinated by what motivates people, how teams can truly work well together, and how to create an environment where performance and well-being go hand in hand. Today, I bring exactly this understanding into my work in HR.

I have been part of ISiCO GmbH since March 2026. In my role, I am not only responsible for recruiting, but also support our employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle. My day-to-day work ranges from daily operations and individual employee matters to the further development of our HR processes and exciting projects behind the scenes.

What I particularly enjoy about this is the mix of strategic thinking and direct work with people. I really value being close to the team, listening, shaping things together, and finding solutions that truly fit. No two days are the same, and that is exactly what makes my work so exciting for me.

For me, people are at the heart of everything. That is why my goal is not only to find the right talent, but above all to create an environment where everyone can feel comfortable, grow, and succeed in the long term.
